Waterman Village, a not-for-profit organization, is the area’s premier active retirement living community. Mount Dora has been ranked Florida’s top small-town retirement location. Which is why we’re thrilled to announce our new expansion has launched here. It will be an exciting community of like-minded, healthy, active seniors who also want to live life to the fullest.
Called Lakeside at Waterman Village, we expect this beautiful new waterfront section of our community, featuring a limited number of residences, to be completely reserved well before construction begins. Making a fully-refundable deposit today secures a priority place in line to be among the first to choose a new home. It also enables you to choose your preferred location, and even customize your home! To get updates on informational events for the new expansion, click here.
